Sugarcane is a rapidly growing crop that can be used for a variety of purposes, and the Sugarcane Plates use reclaimed sugarcane waste that would otherwise be burned. These renewable and compostable plates help divert waste from landfills and can help make valuable, fertile compost in commercial compost facilities, however not in home compost bins.
