Returns & Exchanges
All damaged or lost packages must be reported to a One Stop Green Staff member. Once reported, a replacement will be sent within 48-72 hours from the time reported. (Damaged or Lost packages must be reported within 24 to 48 hours from the time your package is reported delivered from package carrier. Claims processed after 48 hours will not be accepted after by our returns and exchanges department. One Stop Green, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped internationally.
Refunds are only allowed if product is returned within 14 business days from the date your order is received. Merchandise request made after 14 days of item receipt are eligible for a refund/repair through in-store credit or product repair. Items not returned in original, resalable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee** Shipping charges are Non-refundable.
After products are evaluated by a technician in returns, an assessed credit is given to the merchandise returned allowing customers to use that value as an in store credit for future purchases (i.e. if after returning a used product the customer is allowed $85 for in store credit which can be used to purchase a product which may be more suitable for the application. Customer will only have to pay additional cost above the in store credit and applicable shipping fees).
Upon receipt of your return a technician will evaluate your product based on the account information provided at the time the return was filed. If merchandise is defective due to manufacturing defects or poor craftsmanship, a replacement item will be shipped out free of charge directly from the manufacturer. Items which are returned as defective, yet caused by accidents, abuse, incorrect installation, and normal wear and tear will be repaired by a technician. A fee of 2.50 + 5% of items original price + flat rate return shipping charge of $5.00 ****
The warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by accidents, abuse, poor handling, frost or normal wear and tear. Products which have been subject to unauthorized repair or modification.
If RMA is confirmed to be caused by a One Stop Green’s shipping, website, or processing staffs error, One Stop Green will post a 5 dollar credit on your invoice allowing you to return the product at your convenient postal carrier.
• One Repair and Exchange allowed per customer, Non-returnable items include all educational solar kits, solar cells, and solar hot water systems & components.
• All used returned products are subjected to 15% restocking fee (example: Invoice total is $115.00, subtotal is 100 and 15 shipping. Refund on used product is 100 multiplied by 85% equaling 85.00.) If product is in new, unopened condition, refund would be subtotal amount (100USD).
• Merchandise which is determined to be defective, yet caused by accidents, abuse, incorrect installation, and normal wear and tear and are returned for a refund and do not want to receive a repair will be subject to the 15 % restocking fee and repair services for repair of the item at the expense of the buyer.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier items such as hot water heating systems, solar panels, batteries, or any shipment weighting more than 50lbs.
It is recommended that all return shipments are sent with a tracking number. One Stop Green is not responsible for return shipping cost(s) above 5 dollars or lost packages. Note: There is NO refund on return shipping cost. Return policy is agreed to once online order is submitted and order is generated with shopping cart system.
All orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Simply submit our customer support ticket by contacting us for order cancellations and wait for an approval within 24 hours. Orders canceled after shipment is made are subject to 15% restocking fee and may be subject to applicable restocking fee.
Warranties & International Returns
Although One Stop Green fully supports manufacturer's warranties; our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
