One Stop Green is working with One Million Lights, a non-profit organization to help achieve their goal of distributing one million environmentally friendly solar lights to schools, children, and adults around the world. For an impoverished family, these solar-charged battery-powered LED lights provide a safe alternative to the kerosene lamps while increasing reading light levels by 50x. For a young student, these lights offer a path out of poverty and a chance at a better life.
