After completing our contact us form, our customers are assigned a unique support ticket which is monitored 24/7.
At One Stop Green, we stand behind every product we sell. If any item fails due to defect in material workmanship, One Stop Green will repair or replace it within the specified manufacturer warranty period. If the product doesn’t suit your needs, we will continually try to find a product from our diverse product line that will.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process. If not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, One Stop Green offers a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for repair or exchange on items.
If not satisfied with the product and wish for a refund only, One Stop Green allows you 14 days from the time you’ve received the product. Once you have received a return authorization number (RMA), you will have 10 days to return your order to our facility. All merchandise must be returned in original, resalable condition or additional restocking fees will apply.
